Couples therapy works differently to individual therapy as the relationship is the client, not the individuals. I work in a way to support both of you - initially meeting together so that I can get a sense of the relationship and your reasons for seeking therapy. Then meeting with each of you individually so you have an opportunity to explore your own feelings.

Whether working through a betrayal, unpicking difficult communication issues or exploring general dissatisfaction in your relationship. Couples therapy can help you get back on track, or support you in separating in a kind and mutually respectful way.
